Broken or non-existent logic controller for checking menu item display (i.e. "Sign Out" button) against whether a user is logged in or not.

Suggested Fix

This depends on the backend implementation of where the menu rendering is controlled. Assuming JavaScript controls the user login session, it is a simple matter of using jQuery (which the site uses according to sitetechfinder.com and the inspector tool network tab) to verify a user is logged in and if so to add the "display: none;" property, simply remove the element through the DOM, or alter the menu population logic to include *either* the sign in/sign out option based on the user session.
